New Vigilance Magistrate’s court inaugurated
A new Vigilance Magistrate’s Court was today commissioned by Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Anil Nandlall, SC.
The building, which cost some $294 million, features two court rooms, living quarters, drug treatment department and a domestic violence room, the Department of Public Information (DPI) said .
The court will also feature a modern digital payment system for bail and other fees through Mobile Money Guyana.
