EU Election Observation Mission presents final report

The EU Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) to Guyana 2025 led by Chief Observer Robert Biedroń has returned to Guyana to present its Final Report on the 2025 General and Regional Elections.

This morning, at his first meeting following his arrival in Georgetown, Biedroń presented the Final Report to the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM). The discussion focused on key recommendations to further strengthen future electoral processes and possible steps towards their implementation, a statement on the EU EOM Facebook page said.

Biedroń is to hold a press conference tomorrow on the final report.
