Dr Cecil Harricharan passes away at 93
Dr Cecil Harricharan passed away today in Canada at the age of 93.
Dr Harricharan, a prominent resident of Mahaicony, served as a doctor for 63 years and conducted his practice on Middle Street for many years.
He was conferred with the Cacique Crown of Honour in 2020.
