Constable, taxi driver on $390,000 bail each over drug possession

A police constable and a taxi driver were on Monday charged with having in their possession a quantity of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.

Kenrick Marks, 23, of Lot 66 ‘B’ Field, Sophia and 26-year-old Kevrol Huton of Vigilance East Coast Demerara (ECD), appeared before Magistrate Dylon Bess at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where the charge was jointly read to the two defendants.
