Dr Leslie Chin passes away at 84
The former Chief Executive Officer and board member of the Institute of Private Enterprise Development (IPED) Dr. Leslie Chin has died.
Chin’s death was announced by the Rotary Club of Georgetown Central (RCGC) yesterday. He died on Sunday at the age of 84.
“RCGC has lost a true visionary, a thinker, a founder-father of the Club, a dedicated Rotarian. We celebrate the life of PP [Past President] Leslie,” the club said in a statement.
