East Canje businessman found murdered
A businessman was this morning found murdered in his house at Number Two Village, East Canje Berbice.
Dead is Vickram Seebarran of Lot 135 Sukoo Street, Number Two Village, owner of the Universal DVD Club located in New Amsterdam.
According to a resident, Seebarran’s caretaker made the discovery this morning. His bloodied body was found in the back portion of the kitchen.
Residents noted that the front door was locked while the back door to the kitchen was open.
Investigators are currently at the scene.
