Still awaiting for my NIS contributions to be updated

Dear Editor,

In August, 2020 I went to NIS in Camp Street, checking on all my contributions but there were some queries to be done. To date, I am still awaiting for my contributions be updated. How long more do I have this royal running around and waiting to get my contributions updated without hearing it’s at the General Manager, or we’ll get back to you? Nobody gets back to you.

Fed up and frustrated.
