Charrandass Persaud summoned by Legal Practitioners’ Committee

Attorney Charrandass Persaud has been summoned by the Legal Practitioners’ Committee (LPC) to appear before it on October 12 in relation to a complaint against him.

In a notice in today’s Stabroek News, the LPC said that he has to appear on October 12 at 2 pm at the Court of Appeal at Lot 60 High Street and Wight’s Lane, Kingston in relation to a complaint against him by Winston Seetaram.

The notice said that “Failure to attend on the said date …will result in the said matter being determined in your absence”.
