Live: World Court ruling on Guyana application for emergency measures on Venezuela referendum
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is this morning to deliver an Order in the case concerning Venezuela’s planned referendum on Sunday on Guyana’s Essequibo region. The decision is being issued at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. The session is being held under the presidency of Judge Joan E. Donoghue, President of the Court.
