President offers condolences on passing of Shakti Strings owner

President Irfaan Ali today offered  condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Bhappi Roopchan, owner of the popular Shakti Strings Band.

In a statement, he said Roopchand’s  contributions to the local music industry have left a lasting impact on the lives of many local artistes.
