Police probing murder of Soesdyke housewife

Police are investigating the murder of Bibi Salima Persaud, a 54-year-old housewife of Lot 193 Ivan Road, Soesdyke, East Bank Demerara. 

The murder occurred at the above address and the suspect is Dinesh Ram, called ‘Paul’, a 38-year-old mechanic.

Ram has been hospitalised after the suspected ingestion of a poisonous substance.
