Police seeking help to identify acid thrower

The Guyana Police Force is appealing to members of the public to help identify the person pictured in this photo who is the suspect in the acid attack committed on two women on East Street, Georgetown, on September 03rd, 2025.

He reportedly threw a glass bottle with a corrosive liquid substance at the women who were out to get lunch. The suspect, who was in a car, fled the scene.

The police said that information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
