Mahaicony men died from multiple bullets after police shooting – autopsies
The families of Frederick Williams and Roger Erwyn Pierre, two men shot by police on Wednesday in Airy Hall, Mahaicony, yesterday said that post-mortem examinations have confirmed that both died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Williams had been trying to subdue Pierre, who had been attacking persons, when police opened fire on both.
The incident has raised concerns about excessive force and questions about why the situation was not de-escalated using non-lethal measures. The families want answers.
